Development of grinding tools

Customize exclusive grinding tools based on product characteristics, optimize mold structure through computer simulation, ensure wear resistance and adaptability, and provide stable support for rough and fine grinding processes. MORE

Rough grinding

By using a CNC grinder to regulate the grinding pressure and speed, combined with high-strength grinding materials to quickly remove excess material, the surface roughness is initially reduced to Ra 1.6 μ m, forming a basic contour. MORE

Fine grinding

Using finer abrasives and polishing pads, the surface of the component is processed in stages at the micrometer level to accurately correct curvature errors, resulting in a surface roughness of Ra 0.4 μ m, close to mirror effect. MORE

Polishing

By using magnetron sputtering or ion assisted coating technology, multiple layers of optical thin films are deposited on the surface of the component, and the film thickness and refractive index are precisely controlled to achieve specific optical properties such as anti reflection, reflection, and spectroscopy. Using optical grade adhesive to precisely bond multiple components, eliminating bubbles and stress through vacuum pressure curing process, ensuring optical uniformity of the bonding surface, and thereby improving the overall performance of the components. MORE

Inspection - Packaging

Using interferometers, spectrometers, and other equipment to perform full parameter testing on finished products, covering indicators such as surface shape accuracy, transmittance, and damage threshold; After passing the inspection, use anti-static and shockproof packaging materials to ensure that the components are not damaged during transportation and storage.
