High-end Processing Equipment

Nanjing Apex Optics (APEX) is equipped with over 40 glass cold processing devices, covering all stages from rough grinding to fine polishing; 5 coating devices support various processes and can handle film systems in the ultraviolet to infrared bands. Nearly 30 testing instruments, including ZYGO profilers and spectrophotometers, are used throughout the production process to precisely control indicators like surface shape and spectrum. The comprehensive equipment system ensures the entire production process is controllable, as well as product consistency and stability.

Advanced Coating Technology

The company has mastered high-precision cold processing and coating technologies. Through continuous process optimization and technical improvements, it can achieve nanoscale surface accuracy control. The products have a transmittance of up to 99.5% and a laser damage threshold exceeding 25J/cm² (@1064nm), with a spectrum covering from ultraviolet to far infrared, enabling them to meet diverse application requirements.
